De Wijste Gentenaar

2025

For:
De  Wijste Gentenaar
While doing my internship at ‘De Barbaren’ in Ghent, I had the opportunity to create the branding for the event and awardshow ‘De Wijste Gentenaar’. Starting from the copy - 9 awards, 9 winners and 9000 reasons to vote. - I made a dynamic logo of a star with 9 points.

The collection

Final project, 1st year of bachelor's: create a collection based on your own photographs. My collection is a compilation of accidental collections found in my home. By creating a floor plan system, I invite the viewer to discover my accidental collections.

NTGent season rebranding

2024

For:
NTGent
Together with 3 other students, I worked on a rebranding pitch of NTGent, the city theater of Ghent. The concept was ‘reality is the ultimate maker’. We focused on combining the reality of the world we live in, with art. NTGent is definitly a theater house that wants to bring real or relevant stories, which was a key aspect of our rebranding.

Kromos

2024

For:
Hack The Future
Thibaud and I won the juryprice at Hack The Future, a hackaton for design and marketing students. We made a concept pitch for Makeout Studio (Antwerp). The concept was a intergalactic rave as event for the launch of a new drink in 2330: Stardust.

Together with Thibaud van Loocke

Micro naar Macro

2025

For:
Emilio Lopez-Menchero
Artist
Floor and me created an art book for artist Emilio Lopez-Menchero. Focusing on his journey to his own identity with his series ‘trying to be’, we created an introduction. The book also focuses largly on his relationship with scaling, and how he challenges reality by making really big or really small works.

Passion projects

2022-ongoing

For:
Myself
Between working for school and clients, I also love to just make things for myself. In these projects i’m free to experiment, to try things out and to evolve. Designing is also just something I really enjoy doing, even during my free time!

ICIMT branding

2023-2024

For:
Musictherapy
LUCA School of Arts Leuven
We were given the opportunity to create the branding for the first "International conference on improvisation in music therapy" as a group. We had six months to develop a concept and apply it to banners, signs, presentations, posters, the website, and more.

Type design

2024

For:
Burning Man
In team we created a modular font based around ‘burning man’. We got inspired by the circle that forms itself during the festival. Here you can see it in use:

Cook book

2023
The brief was to design a cook book inspired by an artist. I decided to base mine on Georgia O'Keeffe. Her wonderful eye for detail and her philosophy to take time to look got applied to the pictures and recipes.

Radio Identity

2023

For:
Sleep Radio
In a group work with Viktor, we created a new brand identity for Sleep Radio, a radio based in New Zealand (https://www.sleepradio.co.nz) We worked around the feeling of falling asleep, both mentally and physically.

VERBS Magazine

2024
The challenge was to create a magazine around one verb. I chose the verb; to strike. Exploring different ways and context the verb was used, the magazine became a interesting contrast between wordplay and visual experiment.

Riso experiments

2023 - 2024
Postcards: After visiting London, I created postcards based on what I found to be typically London. (Without leaning too much on stereotypes) Then I riso printed them in black
and pink.

Fanzine: In team we created a fanzine, called beefed up. It’s a fanzine about the beefeaters in London and their interesting, bizarre life. Here you can see some of the pages I designed.
